We are flexible – and so are our planning services. Planning services can include as much or as little support as you like – including event design, legal administration, sourcing and managing suppliers, venue searches, booking venues and accommodation for you and your guests, budgeting, scheduling, on the day co-ordination, personalised wedding websites and live-streaming on the day.

We also offer support with planning unique guest experiences such as culinary cruises around the island, private lunches, and special tours tailored for wedding groups.

Partial Planning

You’ve made some great progress but may be finding the process of organising a wedding overseas a bit overwhelming – or just finding yourself running short on time. We’ll be happy to help you out with partial planning.

After your free initial consultation we will confirm the services required and our fee. If our proposal meets with your approval then we will start planning immediately.

ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION

On the day co-ordination will leave you free to enjoy your big day and enjoy spending time with each other, family and friends, while we promptly handle the venue, suppliers and any last minute hitches that might pop up.

We can be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day for couples who have planned their special day already but just want some-one to manage their day.
