With over 10 years experience of working as a chef in St Palais, and owning restaurants in Portofino di Genoa and Arusha, Camille has earned a reputation of gastronomic excellence, combined with event management, which has led to the hosting of various clients including EU delegates, Embassies, foreign Ministers, the Seychelle’s Tourism Week in Tanzania delegation, MTV presenters and celebrities (including reggae artist Shaggy,) Coca-Cola, Airtel, Zantel, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Oliver Kinross, Seacom Oil, British Gas, and even the hosting of a Louis Vuitton photo shoot.
