ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION
Already covered most of the legwork?
On the day co-ordination will leave you free to enjoy your big day and enjoy spending time with each other, family and friends, while we promptly handle the venue, suppliers and any last minute hitches that might pop up.
We can be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day for couples who have planned their special day already but just want some-one to manage their day.
After your free initial consultation for on the day co-ordination we will prepare a detailed proposal for your perusal. And if our proposal meets with your approval then we’ll start planning immediately.
Our on the day management services includes:
- In-depth meeting six weeks before event to discuss details of the day
- Limited email and telephone support within scope of agreed responsibilities
- Attendance on the day
- On the day venue and supplier management including reconfirming all bookings
- Checking all deliveries arrive on schedule
- Any last minute hitches dealt with promptly and discreetly – alerting couple only when necessary
- Over-seeing the venue, decor, room and table arrangements
- Manage the schedule for the day
